No-Refund / No-Return Policy for Delicate Goods
Due to the delicate and light-coloured nature of certain items we sell—particularly white bags and other easily soiled accessories—we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the sealed packaging has been opened.
Why does this policy exist?
Hygiene and presentation: Even minimal handling can transfer oils or marks onto white or light materials, making them unsellable as new.
Quality assurance: We want every customer to receive a product in pristine, unused condition. Accepting opened returns would compromise that standard.
Fair pricing: Limiting returns on delicate goods helps us keep prices lower for everyone.
What does this mean for you?
Inspect before unsealing: Please check colour, size, model number, and any external signs of damage while the item is still sealed.
Change-of-mind purchases cannot be refunded once the item is opened.
Damaged in transit? If you notice a defect or shipping damage before breaking the seal, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the unopened package so that we can assist you.
Statutory rights: This policy does not affect any non-excludable consumer rights you may have under applicable law (e.g., items that are proven faulty or misdescribed).
Steps if you believe your product is faulty:
Leave the item in its original packaging.
Email contact@saphieofficial.com within 48 hours, attaching clear photos that show the defect.
Our team will assess and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with local consumer legislation.
