Saphié is an independent fashion accessories brand offering handmade bags crafted in small batches. Our pieces are made with care, character and artisanal detail.

Orders are fulfilled from the United Kingdom.

2. Orders & Availability

All products are subject to availability. As many Saphié pieces are handmade or produced in limited quantities, availability may change at any time.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where necessary, including where an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, details are incorrect, or we suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a refund for the cancelled item.

3. Pricing & Currency

Prices are shown in GBP (£) by default. Where other currencies are displayed, they are provided for guidance only.

All payments are processed in GBP at checkout.

Prices include applicable taxes where required. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout before you complete your order.

We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including options such as card payments, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.

We do not store your full card or payment details.

Your order will only be processed once payment has been authorised.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled from the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times and available shipping options are shown at checkout where applicable. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs checks, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct before placing your order. Saphié is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

For international orders, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applied by the destination country.

6. Returns & Refunds

Your right to return an online order is explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned pristine with all original packaging, tags, and dust bags intact.

Delicate, light-coloured, hand-crocheted, embroidered, leather, or textured pieces must be handled with care. If an item is returned with signs of use, damage, marks, stains, odours, or missing packaging, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

7. Product Information

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately, including colour, texture, size, materials and details.

As many Saphié pieces are handmade, slight variations may occur. These natural differences are part of the character of handmade work and should not be considered faults.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting and photography.

If you are unsure about a product, please contact us before placing your order.

8. Care of Products

Saphié pieces should be handled with care. Delicate materials, light colours, trims, leather, embroidery and hand-crocheted finishes may be sensitive to moisture, staining, friction, makeup, oils and prolonged direct sunlight.

Please follow any care guidance provided on the product page or with your order.

Saphié is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, careless handling, accidents, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.

All content on this website, including images, logos, product names, text, graphics, design and branding, belongs to Saphié or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, use, or modify any website content without our written permission.
